油 條 [yóu tiáo]:
原名 “油炸槍"。據說，當宋朝愛國名將岳飛被奸相秦檜害死，黎⺠百姓咬牙切齒，悲憤欲絕，恨不得生吃秦檜肉，無奈奸臣嘗道，為了發泄心頭之恨，杭州人創製了兩麵條揑在一 起，象徵着秦檜夫婦下油鑊炸開，大快人心。 至今大江南北，仍把油條叫做" 油炸檜” 。
